Progress on Beth’s Weekly Goals

Last week went awesome, I ate lots of fruits and veggies, came up with a monthly meal plan and exercised 3 days. This week is starting out great too. I went to the gym this morning and had a great time chatting with a friend while I worked out. Oh and I have managed not to drink any caffeinated drinks for a whole week!! That is a huge accomplishment.

My goals for this week:

Workout 3 times (Mon, Wed and Fri)

Eat Healthy (lots of fruits and veggies)

Stay off Caffeine

Clean all the sheets and bathrooms

Stick to my meal plan

My main goal is to get a routine and system in place to be able to keep myself and my family healthy, while saving money and keeping chaos down. I think so far that everything is going nicely and I can’t wait to report back next week.
